Lots of people cut down their weights by skipping their meals, this is somehow, a wrong way to achieve their mission!
If you want to slim down, you can't just skip your meals, it does help a little bit but it's not a perfect choice for you to make. By skipping meals, you'll actually find that you lose your weight easily and perhaps, quite soon, but consider the consequences, the faster you lose your weight, the sooner you revert back to your unwanted weight. Plus, you'll get sick easily, cancers can be a consequence of it if you skip too much 'cause your body can't stand it. The best way for you to achieve your mission is by changing your eating habit.
You need at least three normal meals everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You eat, but you don't eat too much, not until you're totally full, try to cut down the amount of food you consume slowly, day by day. And try to avoid oily and sweet food, don't tell yourself that you can't avoid them, tell yourself that you CAN. Next, no supper, try not to eat anything after 9pm, you're making yourself worse by eating after 9pm, it's the time where our body can't fully digest the food. And, a lot of people eat like rushing, this is destroying your own body, 'cause you have to know the fact that our brain receives senses from our stomach after 20 minutes you consume the food, so, if you eat fast, you'll feel that you need to eat alot, and therefore, you're 'fat-ting' yourself.
The most important thing is, you must take some time to exercise, this is the most effective and healthy way to burn down your calories. No Slimming Pills if you want to slim down in a healthy way!
